This ensures that both the scientific community and the general public have free, unlimited, and immediate access to all content published in ESTIMATOR as soon as it becomes available online. Consequently, ESTIMATOR does not derive any income from selling subscriptions to its print or online journal versions, nor does it charge "pay-per-view" fees. Instead, ESTIMATOR covers its editorial and production costs by collecting article processing charges (APCs) from the authors' institutions or research funders. The APCs for ESTIMATOR amount to USD 0.00, which is equivalent to IDR 0.00. This fee includes all editorial services and the production of the article.

The submission of articles to ESTIMATOR is free of charge. APCs are only paid once the editor confirms that the articles have been accepted for further processing. This policy ensures that authors are only required to pay if their articles meet the journal's standards and are ready to proceed to publication.
