Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn Kelas VIII Mts As-Salafiyah Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018

The formulation of the problem in this research is to prove whether there is an "influence of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at Mts. Salafiyah Academic Year 2017/2018 "In this study, 2 variables were used, namely the influence of interpersonal communication and learning outcomes. The indicator variable x from Civics learning is presenting easy-to-understand interpersonal communication so students can be active, critical and democratic in learning, and variable y is student learning outcomes which include daily tests. Determining the research area using the purposive sampling area method, determining the respondents using population research or population study, and the number of respondents used was 35, the data collection method used the observation method, questionnaires, data analysis used statistical calculations with the Simple Linear Regression formula to test the null hypothesis (H0 ) filed.
Data analysis in testing the hypothesis using a simple linear regression statistical formula. Based on the coefficient analysis, the sig X value is 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and vice versa if sig X is 0.000 > 0.05, H1 is accepted. Based on the output results of simple linear regression, it is usually known that the value of t count = -603 with a significance value of 551 0.05, so it can be said that the bias is not linear. so that there is no effect of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of class X students at MA Al – Hidayah Silo Lesson 2016-2017.
