JELCi (Journal of Education, Law, and Citizenship) is a national scientific journal published by the PPKN Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember. The JELCI journal is published twice a year, namely in May and November.

Plagiarism Screening
JELCi (Journal of Education, Law, and Citizenship) Zero tolerance for plagiarism. We use Turnitin to evaluate the similarity index. Then the editor decides the case of possible plagiarism (A similarity report will be provided to the author) and a similarity of less than 20%.

Author Fees
If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author should pay IDR 0 - (for Indonesian authors) or USD 0- (for overseas authors).
