BIOSAPPHIRE: Journal of Biology and Biodiversity was first published (Volume 1, Number 1) in 2022 by the Biology Program Study, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of PGRI Argopuro Jember, Jember, East Java, Indonesia, with e-ISSN 2829-7571. (DOI Prefix: 10.31537/biosapphire)

BIOSAPPHIRE  is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal and is a multidisciplinary journal that aims to provide reviews and as a place of publication for researchers in all aspects of the biological and applied sciences who pay special attention to the exploration of biodiversity in Indonesia. This research article in the BIOSAPPHIRE is written in Indonesian and featuring well-designed studies with clearly analyzed and logically interpreted results are accepted, with a strong preference given to research that has the potential to make significant contributions to both the field of biology and society in general.

Biodiversity, Environment, Ecology, Microbiology, Physiology Animals and Plants, Biosystematics, Developmental Biology, Applied Biology including Biotechnology and other sciences derived from Biology.

BIOSAPPHIRE will not accept research articles or manuscripts submitted for publication elsewhere. BIOSAPPHIRE does not publish book reviews, program evaluations, or research articles merely explaining programs, courses, or personal experiences. All research articles submitted must be written in English.  

 

--> Publication Frequency

BIOSAPPHIRE: Journal of Biology and Diversity is published annually in April and November with 5 to 10 articles in each edition. This journal is published in electronic version only.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in Open Access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.  We are continuously working with our author communities to select the best choice of license options: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

Authors and readers can copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, as well as remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, but they must give appropriate credit (cite to the article or content), provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. If you remix, transform or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
