In every legal relationship, including the treaty there must be a balance between the parties in order to avoid conflicts of interest. In reality it is not always the case. There is always the possibility that either party has a stronger position either from the economic side or from the mastery of the technology or a specific determination. This will be further visible if in the standard agreement is accompanied by a condition that contains an exception of liability or liability to an event, which should be borne by a party who has unilaterally determined the contents of the agreement (exoneration clause). One of the requirements of the validity of the agreement as regulated in Article 1320 of the Criminal Code is a lawful cause. Subsequently Article 1337 of the Civil Code states that a cause (done by agreement) is prohibited, where prohibited by law, or when contrary to good morals&nbsp; or public order. PAUD is still new and less society aware for send to school their child. For raise PAUD in a area so need to form IGTKI (Teacher Community of Childhood). GTKI (Teacher Community of Childhood) is place for teacher community of childhood, like between districts. Various case can be talked and be discussed in IGTKI for solve various problem and raise PAUD, especially TK. With IGTKI, all teacher and headmaster can be discussed for helped school quality of PAUD in their school and in the last increase PAUD quality in an area. This research used two variables namely Pohon Pintar Media in teaching Civics Education and Students’ Achievement. The indicators of X variable of Pohon Pintar Media in teaching Civics Education included Interactive, Effective, and 3-D Media. The Indicator of Students’ Achievement was the result of test. This research used quantitative method as the research method. The area of the research was determined by using purposive method. The classes used were class VIII B and class VIII C. Data collection method used in this research consisted of observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research was by using Simple Linear Regression with t-test and used SPSS program version 23.00. The research hypothesis was tested by using Simple Linear Regression with t-test and the calculation tool (SPSS version 23.00). The result of this research showed that there was a significant influence of using Pohon Pintar Media in teaching Civics Education on the eighth grade students’ achievement at MTs Bustanul Ulum Panti in the 2017/2018 academic year with tvalue (4.690) &gt; t table (2,00665) which meant that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The value becomes a guidance for each action; 2) Coherence that gives a bravery, makes someone be unwavering on principle, not easily affected on the new situation, or afraid to face the risk. Coherence is the basic to create trust for one to each other. Without coherence, someone’s the credibility will be cranky; 3) Autonomy, someone internalizes the rule from the outside to personal value. This can be seen on personal action or decisions without intervention from the others; 4) Persistence and loyalty. Persistence is a reflection of someone to achieve a good thing. Loyalty is the basic of respect for the chosen commitment. Thesis Department of Education Pancasila and Citizenship, Faculty of Education of Social Sciences, IKIP PGRI Jember, August 2017. The problem in this research is how the result of student learning after using Snowball Throwing model. The purpose of this research is to know the result of student learning after using Snowball Throwing learning model. This research was conducted in SMA Islam Nurul Hidayah, involving 20 students consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students enrolled in the academic year 2017/2018. The model used in this research is Snowball Throwing model. The instrument used is a test result of learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education which consists of 5 items of description. This research uses Kemmis and Mc research design. Taggart consisting of two cycles consists of four stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in the analysis of pre cycle problems showed students 30% clasical completeness and absorption 63%. In the analysis of the action skus I began to have an increase with 45% classical completeness and absorption 68%. In the second cycle action experienced a significant improvement, showing student learning outcomes from the analysis of the cycle II problems obtained 80% classical completeness and absorption of 76%.
