The law is basically for the protection of human interests. In every legal relationship, including the treaty there must be a balance between the parties in order to avoid conflicts of interest. In reality it is not always the case. There is always the possibility that either party has a stronger position either from the economic side or from the mastery of the technology or a specific determination. This will be further visible if in the standard agreement is accompanied by a condition that contains an exception of liability or liability to an event, which should be borne by a party who has unilaterally determined the contents of the agreement (exoneration clause). One of the requirements of the validity of the agreement as regulated in Article 1320 of the Criminal Code is a lawful cause. Subsequently Article 1337 of the Civil Code states that a cause (done by agreement) is prohibited, where prohibited by law, or when contrary to good morals or public order. Thus, even though the standard agreement containing the exoneration clause has been previously agreed, the treaty can not be considered valid as it contains provisions / clauses that are contrary to law.

For raise PAUD in a area so need to form IGTKI (Teacher Community of Childhood). GTKI (Teacher Community of Childhood) is place for teacher community of childhood, like between districts. Various case can be talked and be discussed in IGTKI for solve various problem and raise PAUD, especially TK. With IGTKI, all teacher and headmaster can be discussed for helped school quality of PAUD in their school and in the last increase PAUD quality in an area. The other in some activity can be faced with head of city, headmasters, education people, and the other. IGTKI can be important role for PAUD.

This study aims to prove whether or not there is a Significant Influence of Using Pohon Pintar Media in Teaching Civics Education towards the Eighth Grade Students’Achievement at MTs Bustanul Ulum Panti in the 2017/2018 Academic Year. This research used two variables namely Pohon Pintar Media in teaching Civics Education and Students’ Achievement. The indicators of X variable of Pohon Pintar Media in teaching Civics Education included Interactive, Effective, and 3-D Media. The Indicator of Students’ Achievement was the result of test. This research used quantitative method as the research method. The area of the research was determined by using purposive method. The classes used were class VIII B and class VIII C. Data collection method used in this research consisted of observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research was by using Simple Linear Regression with t-test and used SPSS program version 23.00. The research hypothesis was tested by using Simple Linear Regression with t-test and the calculation tool (SPSS version 23.00). The result of this research showed that there was a significant influence of using Pohon Pintar Media in teaching Civics Education on the eighth grade students’ achievement at MTs Bustanul Ulum Panti in the 2017/2018 academic year with tvalue (4.690) > t table (2,00665) which meant that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be said that there was a positive influence which was 0.297 or 29.7% with the value of significant was 0.000.

This type of research in this study is quantitative descriptive approach. This type of research in this study is quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling method of determining the population of respondent’s number of 33 hightstudents. The method used in collecting data using interviews, observation method, test methods, methods of documentation and questionnaire. Test data techniques used Paired Sample t-test. Based on the analysis of data obtained: 1) In the paired samples t-test variable X obtained t (23 271)> t table (1,697). 2) the variable Y obtained t (6.868)> t table (1.697) with a significance of 0.000, so it can be concluded that the field trip learning activities effectively to the learning outcomes of higtstudents.

In the study the authors have a goal to be achieved, the authors wanted to see “Is the Effect of Parenting Parents Against Student Achievement in Civics Classes Subject Odd Semester VIII SMPN 2. Thesis Teachers Training College PGRI Jember. The hypothesis is that the proposed Working hypothesis that “there Influence parenting parents Againts Student Achievement in Classes Subjects Odd Semester VIII SMPN 2. Thesis Teachers Training College PGRI Jember. Based on the result of research in the from of analysis the outhors propose that on the table coefficient proved significant because sig. Less than 0.01 (0.000 < 0.01). So thre are Influince parenting parents Againts Student Achievement in Classes Subjects Odd Semester VIII SMPN 2 with very significant. = nilai R Square, a = nilai standardized coefficient Beta, p < level of signifacance. Trough a simple linear regression, parenting parents proved to be significant learning achievement. Great contribution to the influence of parents, parenting on the learning achievement of 72.1%. = 0.721 a = 0.849, p < 0.001 And respondents who chose the authoritarian parenting otoriter 25.75%, parenting permissife 12.12%, parenting democratic 62.12%. The success of the government or group based on its the leader. There are four basic characteristics of the leader, 1) the regularity of the leader’s action is measured by hierarchy value. The value becomes a guidance for each action; 2) Coherence that gives a bravery, makes someone be unwavering on principle, not easily affected on the new situation, or afraid to face the risk. Coherence is the basic to create trust for one to each other. Without coherence, someone’s the credibility will be cranky; 3) Autonomy, someone internalizes the rule from the outside to personal value. This can be seen on personal action or decisions without intervention from the others; 4) Persistence and loyalty. Persistence is a reflection of someone to achieve a good thing. Loyalty is the basic of respect for the chosen commitment. In addition, the empowerment of a leader to face era development needs a strong basic on him/her, while Pancasila is the right answer to overcome the problems that occur. Pancasila is used as a foundation of Leader’s character and can be a good reason to do and act to solve the problems that exist in Indonesia.

Muhammad Anis, Increasing Student Learning Outcomes Through Snowball Throwing Model in SMA Islam Nurul Hidayah Bondowoso Class X PPKn. Thesis Department of Education Pancasila and Citizenship, Faculty of Education of Social Sciences, IKIP PGRI Jember, August 2017. The problem in this research is how the result of student learning after using Snowball Throwing model. The purpose of this research is to know the result of student learning after using Snowball Throwing learning model. This research was conducted in SMA Islam Nurul Hidayah, involving 20 students consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students enrolled in the academic year 2017/2018. The model used in this research is Snowball Throwing model. The instrument used is a test result of learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education which consists of 5 items of description. This research uses Kemmis and Mc research design. Taggart consisting of two cycles consists of four stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in the analysis of pre cycle problems showed students 30% clasical completeness and absorption 63%. In the analysis of the action skus I began to have an increase with 45% classical completeness and absorption 68%. In the second cycle action experienced a significant improvement, showing student learning outcomes from the analysis of the cycle II problems obtained 80% classical completeness and absorption of 76%. Overall each cycle has increased, from this result indicates that Snowball Throwing model can improve student learning outcomes in SMA Islam Nurul Hidayah Sulek Bondowoso District.
